§1 Applicability and definitions of terms

(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Contract

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our online shop https://dennischuene.com.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract from our part, but are only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer for him to conclude a purchase contract.

Dennis Chuene reserves the right to claim that prices have been misprinted on the online shop www.dennischuene.com. A final and binding agreement between you and Dennis Chuene will be concluded when your order will be accepted by us. Dennis Chuene will send an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been accepted and the shipping underway. The order receipt received immediately after submitting the order does not constitute an order confirmation.


(4) Upon receipt of an order in our Internet shop, the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully going through the order procedure provided in our Internet shop.

The order is made in the following steps:

The consumer can return to the website before entering the order by pressing the “back” button in the Internet browser used by him after checking his information, on which the information of the customer are recorded and changing or correcting input errors. The consumer can close the Internet browser to cancel the order process.
We confirm the receipt of the order directly by an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”).

(5) Storage of the contract for the orders via our online shop: We save the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time under https://dennischuene.com/pages/terms-conditions

You can see your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders.

§3 Prices, Shipping costs, Payment, due date

(1) The indicated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. In addition there are any shipping costs.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Shipping costs for orders fulfilled in Berlin are:

For Items above 100€ with delivery address in Germany : DHL with Tracking Number : Free
For Items below 100€ with delivery address in Germany: DHL with Tracking Number: 4,99€
Rest of Europe : DHL with Tracking Number : 13.99€
Rest of the World : DHL with Tracking Number : 19.99€

Dennis Chuene reserves the right to change shipping method (courier) without informing the customer, to complete the order.

Dennis Chuene can not be held liable for any shipping delays caused by shipping courier.

Shipping costs for orders fulfilled in fulfilment centers other than Berlin are calculated live and displayed at checkout with your order.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. You may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent before you can collect them. Dennis Chuene is not responsible for the payment of these costs.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by Bank Transfer, PayPal and Credit Card with PayPal.

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless stated otherwise in the product description, the delivery takes place latest within 5 -14 working days of receiving your order payment. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) Delivery time of “Pre-order” items are stated in the product description itself

(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not be transferred to the buyer until the goods have been handed over to the buyer, even in the case of consignment purchase.

§5 Retention of title

We reserve the ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

§6 Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer:

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

You have the right to return purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received your orders. If the return period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. All goods that are returned for a refund must be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only goods that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us

by means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached  withdrawal form, which is not required.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we offer to repay the product price immediately and/or at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. Please note: Delivery charges can not be refunded.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.

We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods trackable to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
